How We Help
Daily Vitals Monitoring
Everyday our members will upload their vital signs to be viewed by a health professional. If there are any abnormalities, we will contact you, then escalate to Aspen Physician Group if needed.
Wellness Surveys
Currently anxiety levels are up 30% from last year. We will communicate with you at least quarterly, unless more care is indicated.
Peace of Mind
Checking your vitals before or after a meal is all you need to keep you connected to a safety net of support. If you qualify, equipment is provided at virtually no cost to you.
Flexibility and Access
With remote patient monitoring, members have the option to receive high quality medical care from the comfort of their own home.
